1. GENERAL

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Refunds are not automatically granted and are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.


2. ELIGIBLE REFUND CASES

A refund may be considered under the following conditions:

- The product you received does not match what was described in the product listing.

- The product was non-functional at the time of delivery and we are unable to provide a working replacement.


Refunds are only available for specific products where explicitly noted. Not all products in our shop are eligible for refunds.


3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, you must:

1. Join our Discord server.

2. Open a support ticket within 48 hours of receiving your order.

3. Provide your order details and a clear description of the issue.


Refund requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.


4. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

- You changed your mind after purchase.

- You were banned or penalized by a third party (e.g., game developer) as a result of using the product.

- The product worked at the time of delivery but stopped working at a later date due to third-party updates.

- You failed to open a ticket within the 48-hour refund window.

- The payment was made via PayPal Friends & Family — this method is non-disputable and refunds are handled solely at our discretion.


5. CHARGEBACKS

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in a permanent ban from our store. We reserve the right to dispute any fraudulent chargebacks.
